This week, Butterfly Class have been learning all about seeds and how to help healthy plants grow – giving them lots of water, sunlight and the right temperature. We have used our segmenting skills to write our own seed packets, created our own musical shakers using cardboard tubes and lentils, and even sorted different types of seeds such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Circo Rum Ba Ba also came to visit us on Friday and put on a show for us all about the importance of plants!
In Maths, we have focused on comparing numbers to 10 using words such as ‘more’ and ‘less’ and recognizing errors in number lines.
